Help I am eating too much
Its Christmas and I eating Christmas cake, mince pies you name it and it is all going down, but the weight is going up. So I am thinking to myself, what natural ways are their of reducing my weight?, as I am worried about heart disease, my cholesterol level and my blood pressure. Ok I could stop eating all the things that love eating, however when ever I am hungry I could drink a glass of water, or acai berry and taking a green tea supplement. I could have smaller portions at meal times and cut out potato and bread.
What about the Christmas cake and mince pies?. I am going to leave that till after Christmas!.
