New year resolution
From the 1st January 2012 I intend to make the following New year resolution's. This is in line with my natural healthy ideas to improve my lifestyle. I need to walk briskly every day for at least 30 minutes, just enough to start a sweat. My diet will not include any fried food like chips. I will try to eat more veg and fruit.. I will find more time to relax and de-stress. I will say daily my affirmations. I wonder if I will be able to keep up this natural way to improve my lifestyle until the 2nd January 2012.
